Session Fee
The session fee is required at the time of booking to reserve your time. The session fee covers the photographer's time and talent only. If you do not pay this fee at the time of booking, April reserves the right to offer the date and time to another client.

Before your session
After I receive your session fee, you will receive a welcome packet that details information about what to expect during your session, pricing, as well as directions to my home studio (if you are choosing a studio session).

Session Rescheduling
In the event of a need to reschedule a session due to illness or other personal reasons, please give April 72 hours notice, in order for your session to be rescheduled.

During your session
Please bring only the people that are to be photographed during the session. Recording devices such as cameras and video recorders are not permitted during the session.

After your session
No later than three weeks after your session, you will receive a link to an online gallery to view your photos, as well as a link to place your photo order online. If you do not place your order within a 7 day time frame, there will be a $25 rehosting fee.

Prints and Canvases
Images are processed and composed based on artistic vision. Often you will see a photo only in color, or only in black and white. If you would like an image in color, black and white, or sepia tone and you do not see it in your gallery, please let April know specifically when placing your order. Sometimes images will be cropped in close, cutting off the top of heads or maybe the side of the face. In doing this, April is trying to focus on your child's beautiful eyes. Sometimes images are composed "off center" to give the image more artistic impact. This is not done in every photograph. You will get a good variety of several crops, including traditionally centered images as well. If you really wish to see an image cropped in a different way, sometimes this is possible depending on how it was cropped "in camera". Please feel free to ask if another crop is available, but understand that sometimes it is not. Also keep in mind that if you order your image in a different crop ratio than that seen in your gallery, that can have an overall impact of how your photo looks. You will see a crop preview during ordering, and if you don't like what you see, contact April directly and she will make every effort to adjust the crop to your liking. Any concerns regarding a desire to change the composition or color of a photo must be discussed with April prior to submission of the order.

Final Prints
Expect at least 3 weeks for the final delivery of your prints after your order has been placed. Expect up to 6 weeks for custom albums. All efforts will be made to deliver your purchases as soon as possible.

Rerints
All ordered images will be kept on file for one year after your initial order. Should you decide to order reprints of photos already purchased, you can do so at any time during this period.

Payment
I accept cash, check, and credit cards for payment. Credit card payment transactions are placed through Paypal. A minimum order of $300 is required on all sessions. All unordered images are subject to purging after 60 days. All ordered images will be archived for one year. Due to the nature of custom photography, all sales are final. Any returned checks will be assessed a $25 service charge.

Copyright
All images, storyboards, and cards are copyright Works of Love Photography and should not be scanned, copied, or reproduced in any way and is punishable by law. Sharing of web-resized, watermarked photos from the blog, however, is permitted.
